Ah, I know that stage well… I’m revisiting book 2 soon and I dread searching out all the continuity issues with book 1. Good luck with your edits!

Groan. I have a 2nd book outlined. I don't want to think about keeping track between the two.

I have an occasional viewpoint character and me asking myself “wait, he’s just gone along with all this?” threw some delicious wrenches into the books.

These characters sure get unruly!

Doing this already drives me crazy in mere 50.000 words long stories, I can’t fathom doing this with a 200.000 behemoth. 🙈 I’m sending all the good vibes in your direction.

If it weren't for the constant continuity tracking, I'd have completed this thing three years ago. It's not something I anticipated. You think it just takes longer because it's more words. Nope. I love books this long and I believe this story warrants it, but oy. It's nothing like writing two books of 100K words. Continuity is an exponential burden.
