Thanks for posting I suffer from this slightly and have found MSM helpful. It’s a food supplement.

Oh Lausanne, I‘m so sorry to hear that life‘s dealing you one blow after the other. I‘m just coming out of 2.5 months of health issues myself and can relate to missing your Energizer Bunny self - I‘m missing mine as well. I‘m sending you all the good vibes, hugs, and hope that your employer can‘t make you come into the office when they hired you for a remote position.

PS: I signed up because of you and am looking forward to anything you‘re willing to share ❤️

Thanks so much, Diana! I'm sorry you've been struggling too. :( May our Energizer Bunnies arise!

Lausanne, thank you for this open text. I very much relate to the ungodly amounts of time we spend sitting. I am planning to write longer texts with some AI voice tools. Like walking and talking and publishing the unfiltered text afterwards. Should be an interesting experiment. Greetings from Vilnius.

Tomas, Thanks so much for your comment. When we have rear-in-chair day jobs along with our rear-in-chair writing, it sure takes a toll, doesn't it! Good for you looking at ways to do the work while moving! I have tried dictation while walking and think I should give that a try again the next time I am drafting new material. I'm amazed how much some people can do with it. I can't imagine doing more than stream-of-conscious brainstorming, but, hey, that's something. I'd love to hear what you find works for you as you try things out.

Lausanne, having some unfiltered stream of consciousness recorded is something. I imagine it to be very different than actual writing. The brain works in a different way when we talk, so if at luck to capture a moment of inspiration, the recording should result in a captivating article. I will let you know when I post such an experiment!

I suffer from severe headaches, and it's on and off every day for the last 2 years. My school was affected, and relationships got fragmented. And I'm starting to lose faith in medicine as they haven't worked yet. No, I'm not a religious person to seek comfort there.

Good luck! It's the human experience that we need to go through.

I don't want to "like" your circumstances. Yikes, that sounds debilitating. I sure hope you can find your way through it. We definitely get a full dose of human experience, don't we?

I'm so sorry to hear about your health troubles, but I'm glad you're on the mend. I know the stress of sitting all day for work and the pressure of commuting to and working in an office. I hope you find a balance that makes sense for you and your goals.

Thank you! All the "normal" paths conspire against our health. At least I am hardheaded enough to fight back. I just didn't see this coming. Time to make some decisive measures!
